Autonomous AI agents for order-to-cash: collections calls, cash application and credit risk
Sidetrade Aimie is the agentic AI layer of Sidetrade's order-to-cash platform, with an autonomous Cash Collection Agent that places and qualifies collection calls plus agents for cash application, disputes and credit. It is built for large multinational finance teams that want to speed cash collection and cut DSO without adding collectors.
Sidetrade Aimie is the family of AI agents inside Sidetrade's order-to-cash (O2C) platform, sold to the office of the CFO by Sidetrade, a Boulogne-Billancourt company founded in 2000 and listed on Euronext Growth Paris (ALBFR). The flagship Aimie Cash Collection Agent, unveiled in May 2025 at the Gartner CFO & Finance Executive Conference, autonomously places first-contact and follow-up collection calls and leaves voicemails, adapts the dialogue to each debtor, qualifies outcomes, updates cases automatically and escalates when it detects material risk; Sidetrade says it handles up to 1,000 calls a day, 24 hours a day five days a week, in up to 29 languages, across Europe and North America. Around it sit collections and dunning management, AI-assisted cash application, credit risk scoring, dispute and deduction case management and cash forecasting, with prebuilt connectors for SAP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 plus a REST API. On September 10, 2026 Sidetrade launched SAFE, the Sidetrade Agentic Framework for Enterprise, the sovereign stack Aimie runs on: private interconnected data centres in Europe and North America, company-owned GPUs, open-weight models fine-tuned for O2C, proprietary payment-behaviour models, an Agent Connect registry and event router, and an Agent Harness for context assembly, policy enforcement and audit trails. Its models draw on a data lake of nearly $10 trillion in B2B transactions across about 45 million buyers. Named customers include Securitas, Accor, Sodexo and OpenText. Sidetrade reported 2025 revenue of EUR 61.4 million, 22% EBITDA margin, 24 Aimie agents in production or deployment, and more than 85% of revenue from companies above $1 billion in sales.
A CFO or VP of credit and collections at a multinational with $1B+ revenue, multi-entity, multi-currency receivables and a large collections team.
Routine collection calls and follow-ups run autonomously at scale, so collectors concentrate on escalated, high-risk accounts and cash arrives sooner.

Capabilities
Use Cases
- •Autonomous collection calling
A shared services centre hands routine overdue-invoice calls to the agent, which logs promises and escalates risky accounts to collectors.
- •Cash application exceptions
AI-assisted matching resolves unmatched remittances and payments faster, reducing unapplied cash sitting on the balance sheet at month end.
- •Credit risk decisions
Credit teams score new and existing buyers using internal history and Sidetrade's payment data lake before extending terms.
- •Dispute and deduction handling
Case management routes disputed invoices and deductions to the right owners so resolution times shrink and cash is released.
- •Sovereign AI for regulated finance
European multinationals deploy collection agents on privately hosted, owned compute to meet data-control requirements and fix multi-year AI costs.

- ✓Quote-based by modules, users and transaction volume
- ✓AI agents reportedly billed per agent per month with capped executions
