Zenzap is a business team chat app where specialized AI agents sit in group chats alongside employees, take instructions by text or voice and run workflows across CRM, finance, HR and scheduling tools. It is aimed at operations-heavy companies that want agents to do work where their teams already talk.

Zenzap is a workplace messaging platform from a Tel Aviv company founded in 2022 by CEO Guy Weiss, CTO Jonatan Bien and COO Noam Neumann. It came out of stealth on October 14, 2026 with $44M in cumulative funding, jointly led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners with The Garage participating. Zenzap calls its approach Multiplayer AI: instead of each person talking to a private chatbot, teams add specialized agents to shared group chats where people and agents assign tasks, share documents and make decisions. Users talk to agents by text or voice, and prebuilt agents and automations can be switched on without code; the company says an agent takes under 90 seconds to set up. The site advertises 400+ connectors, including Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Procore, DocuSign, Deputy and 7shifts. Example workflows include lead qualification and CRM updates, invoice follow-up and payment reconciliation, expense recording, shift scheduling and handovers, maintenance requests and employee onboarding. Admins control who can add agents, which chats an agent can see, what it may do and when a human must approve an action, and the company says customer data is not used to train models. Zenzap reports thousands of customer organizations, 10,000+ teams and more than 40,000 automated workflows, all company figures. It also sells a chat-only product without agents. It competes with Slack and Microsoft Teams, both of which are adding their own agents, and with automation tools such as Zapier and Make.

Ideal Buyer

An operations or COO-level leader at a company with frontline or field teams (construction, hospitality, healthcare, services) that coordinates work in chat and wants routine follow-ups automated.

Key Benefit

Routine tasks such as invoice follow-ups, CRM updates and shift swaps are handled by agents inside the team chat, without a separate automation tool or developer.

Admins set who can add agents, which chats they access, what actions they may take and when a human must approve.

  • ✓
    Built-in team chat

Includes DMs, group chats, to-dos, scheduled messages, voice and video calls and AI search, so it can replace an existing chat tool.

✓api access
✗audio generation
✗fine tuning
✓agent orchestration

Use Cases

    Invoice follow-up

A finance agent watches QuickBooks or Xero for overdue invoices, sends reminders and posts status in the finance channel.

  • •
    Lead qualification and routing

A sales agent qualifies inbound leads, updates HubSpot or Salesforce and alerts the right rep in the team chat.

  • •
    Shift scheduling

Hourly teams request swaps and log attendance in chat while an agent updates schedules in Deputy or 7shifts.

  • •
    Employee onboarding

An agent walks a new hire through onboarding steps and syncs records from BambooHR or HiBob, cutting manual HR coordination.
