Ideal For

Best For

  • ✓B2B SaaS products that need customer-facing integrations across many categories at once
  • ✓AI features and agents that need real-time reads from a customer's CRM, HRIS or ticketing system
  • ✓Exposing customer SaaS data to product agents as MCP tools
  • ✓Teams using coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor to build integrations
  • ✓HR and payroll products that need wide coverage of regional HRIS vendors

Not Ideal For

  • ✗Products that need deep, vendor-specific functionality in a single category, since reviewers note only a subset of APIs and data models is implemented per category
  • ✗Teams that want built-in integration health monitoring and debugging, which independent comparisons describe as minimal
  • ✗Very early startups with low volume, because paid plans start at $750 a month after the trial

Market Analysis

Developer-firstMid-market

Pros

  • ✓Breadth of more than 1,000 integrations across 20+ categories
  • ✓Published, predictable pricing with unlimited customer connections
  • ✓Real-time access without a cached copy of customer data
  • ✓SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance with US, EU and AU regions

Cons

  • ✗Depth within categories is uneven; Nango notes not every unified data model is implemented across all APIs in a category
  • ✗Minimal built-in observability for integration health, per both Nango and Composio comparisons
  • ✗Composio's review says it lacks managed multi-tenant credential handling for agents, so teams build their own auth layer
  • ✗Small, lightly funded team (CA$1.1M pre-seed, seven people in 2024), which raises vendor-scale questions for large buyers

Unified.to is a real-time unified API for SaaS companies building AI features, letting one integration reach more than 1,000 third-party apps across CRM, HR, accounting, ATS, ticketing and more. It adds an MCP server, a CLI and free agent skills so coding agents can build integrations themselves.

Unified.to is a Toronto company founded in 2023 by Roy Pereira and Alexey Adamsky, who previously built and sold Shiny Ads and the AI scheduling assistant CalendarHero. It sells a unified API: a product team integrates once and gets normalized objects and passthrough access across categories such as CRM, HRIS and payroll, accounting, ATS, e-commerce, messaging, calendar, ticketing and enterprise search. The design is real-time; data is read from the source API on request and delivered through native and virtual webhooks rather than stored in a cache, which it pitches to AI products that need current customer data. The catalog grew by 192 integrations in September 2026 to roughly 1,030, with HR and directory alone above 500. For agents, Unified.to runs two MCP servers: a Core MCP server that manages workspace integrations, connections, webhooks and logs in US, EU and AU regions, and a Unified MCP that exposes authorized customer SaaS data as tools (69,948 tools as of its September 2026 update). In late September 2026 it released more than 100 free SKILL.md files, over 80 of which walk a coding agent through registering an OAuth2 app in a vendor's developer portal, plus a CLI with CRUD on any object. A new GenAI Task object lets an application hand work to cloud agents such as Claude agents, Devin, Cursor, Jules and Codegen and track the result. Paid plans start at $750 a month. Independent comparisons from Nango and Composio, both competitors, credit its breadth but describe depth within each category as uneven.

Ideal Buyer

A CTO or head of product engineering at a B2B SaaS company whose AI features need live data from customers' CRMs, HR systems or accounting tools, and who cannot staff one integration team per vendor.

Key Benefit

Shipping dozens of customer-facing integrations through one API instead of building and maintaining each vendor connector by hand.

Key Features

  • ✓
    Unified API across 20+ categories

One normalized API covers CRM, HRIS, accounting, ATS, ticketing and more, so teams avoid writing and maintaining each vendor connector.

  • ✓
    Real-time, no-cache architecture

Data is fetched from the source on request and pushed through native or virtual webhooks, giving AI features current data without a stored copy.

  • ✓
    Unified MCP server

Exposes authorized customer SaaS data as callable tools for product agents, nearly 70,000 tools as of September 2026.

  • ✓
    Agent Skills

More than 100 free SKILL.md files let coding agents build integrations and register OAuth2 apps in vendor developer portals, cutting setup time.

  • ✓
    Unified.to CLI

Gives agents and developers CRUD on any object, passthrough vendor calls and discovery of every object, method and filter from the terminal.

  • ✓
    GenAI Task object

Lets an application dispatch work to cloud agents like Devin, Cursor and Claude agents and track status and pull request results in one model.

  • ✓
    Embedded authorization components

Prebuilt React, Vue, Angular, Svelte and JavaScript components let end customers connect their accounts inside the host product.

✗video generation
✗code generation
✓workflow automation
✓api access
✗audio generation
✗fine tuning
✗agent orchestration

Use Cases

  • •
    Launching a customer integration catalog

HR software company Humi used Unified.to to add 25 integrations in one month, which it says saved $1 million in development costs.

  • •
Grounding an AI assistant in customer data

A SaaS product's agent reads live records from a customer's CRM or ticketing system through the Unified MCP server, without the vendor storing that data.

  • •
    Agent-built integrations

Engineers point Claude Code or Cursor at Unified.to's skills so the coding agent registers OAuth apps and wires up the integration itself.

  • •
    Dispatching work to coding agents

A platform uses the GenAI Task object to send tasks to Devin, Jules or Cursor and track each result and pull request in one API.
