Agentic recruiting platform with AI agents for sourcing, screening and interview notes
Metaview is an agentic recruiting platform that uses AI agents to source candidates, review applications, book screens and write structured interview notes. It is for in-house talent acquisition teams and recruiting leaders at high-growth companies who want to cut recruiter admin and time-to-hire without handing final decisions to software.
Metaview is a recruiting software company founded in 2018 by CEO Siadhal Magos and CTO Shahriar Tajbakhsh, both formerly of Uber and Palantir, with hubs in London and San Francisco and a New York office on the way. It started as an AI notetaker for hiring conversations, joining Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and phone calls to produce structured interview notes from customizable templates, and says it has captured more than 6 million interviews. It has since grown into what it calls an agentic recruiting platform. Its agents source candidates, review applications against role briefs and run structured screening conversations. Its autonomous recruiting agent, fillmore, sources candidates, writes personalised outreach, handles follow-ups and books screening calls, and a dedicated AI screening agent is in development. In one company case study, fillmore contacted 52 candidates and booked five screens, and the hire went from sourcing to signed offer in 30 days. Metaview says people set the criteria and make all final hiring decisions. It integrates with ATS and CRM systems including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Gem and SmartRecruiters, and lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA compliance. More than 7,000 companies use it, including Deel, Affirm, Navan and Replit. In August 2026 it acquired Reval, an AI-native recruiting startup. On September 30, 2026 it announced a $60M Series C led by Insight Partners, bringing total funding to $110M, and plans to grow from about 80 to 250 employees by the end of 2027. It competes with BrightHire and Pillar in interview intelligence and with Gem, Juicebox and Jack & Jill in AI sourcing.
Heads of talent acquisition at high-volume hiring companies who need recruiters to spend less time on sourcing, scheduling and note-taking.
Agents take over sourcing, outreach, screen booking and interview notes, so recruiters run more searches with the same headcount.

Capabilities
Use Cases
- •Sourcing a hard-to-fill role
A recruiter briefs fillmore on a role; it researches and contacts candidates, follows up and books screens, cutting days of manual outreach.
- •Standardising interview feedback
Hiring panels get consistent structured notes after every interview, which speeds debriefs and makes candidate comparisons fairer across interviewers.
- •Handling application floods
The application review agent scores inbound applicants against the role brief so recruiters can focus on a shortlist instead of every CV.
- •Improving interviewer quality
Talent leaders review transcripts and reports to coach interviewers on question quality and consistency across a hiring loop.
