Maven AGI
by Maven AGI
Enterprise AI agents for customer support, sales and retention that act across your helpdesk, CRM and phone systems
Maven AGI is an enterprise AI agent platform that resolves customer conversations across chat, voice, email and SMS by taking actions in a company's existing helpdesk, CRM and telephony. It is built for larger B2B and consumer companies with several systems of record and a security team that needs SOC 2 and ISO 42001 documentation.
Maven AGI is an enterprise AI agent platform for customer experience, founded in 2023 by Jonathan Corbin (CEO), Sami Shalabi (CTO) and Eugene Mann (CPO). It aims at end-to-end resolution of customer requests: its agents read from and act in the systems a company already runs, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk and Slack, without migrating data. Maven calls that connection layer the Graph of Record. Charters define what knowledge and actions each type of conversation may use, Intelligent Fields turn transcripts into structured, reportable data, and real-time guardrails redact PII during calls. Agents work over chat, email, SMS and voice; Maven Voice runs on existing telephony including Twilio, Genesys and Cisco. The platform also covers the wider customer journey (product discovery, inbound sales, onboarding, churn prevention and upsell) and offers Agent Assist for human reps inside Zendesk and Salesforce, plus a no-code AI Agent Designer for testing behavior before launch. Per Microsoft for Startups, customer data is hosted on Azure with AES-256 encryption at rest, and Azure Language strips PII before data reaches external models. Named customers include Tripadvisor, ClickUp, Clio, Rho, Exclaimer and SS&C Technologies. Maven raised a $50M Series B led by Dell Technologies Capital in June 2025, bringing total funding to $78M, and reported 80+ employees at the time. Its site lists ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI management alongside SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001. Pricing is not published.

- •Agent productivity
ClickUp reported a 25% rise in representative solves per hour in the first week after deploying Maven's agent assist.

Ideal For
Best For
- ✓Enterprises that want AI agents to act in Zendesk, Salesforce or Freshdesk without migrating data
- ✓Support teams adding voice agents on existing Twilio, Genesys or Cisco telephony
- ✓Regulated companies that need HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 42001 documentation
- ✓CX leaders who want one platform for support, onboarding, retention and upsell conversations
- ✓Teams that want structured data extracted from every conversation for reporting
Not Ideal For
- ✗Teams that only need AI answering tickets inside a single helpdesk, since the platform's scope and sales-led pricing are aimed at multi-system enterprises
- ✗Buyers who want to self-serve or compare list prices, because Maven publishes no pricing and offers no self-serve trial
- ✗Organizations that need deep independent review evidence, as G2 had only 16 reviews in September 2026

- ✓G2 rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 16 reviews (September 2026)
- ✓Customer case studies at Clio, ClickUp, Rho and Exclaimer report measurable gains
Cons
- ✗No published pricing or self-serve trial; every evaluation starts with a sales call
- ✗Only 16 G2 reviews as of September 2026 and none on Capterra, a thin sample for an enterprise-priced product
- ✗Resolution rates in case studies are vendor-reported and not independently audited
- ✗Its scope across sales, onboarding and retention is more than a support-only team needs

Maven AGI publishes no pricing; its pricing page is a demo-request form and there is no self-serve trial (checked by Macha in September 2026). Quotes reportedly depend on the number of connected systems and account size, and the company's 2025 funding release cited multi-year, seven-figure enterprise deals.
