Human By Design: HR and business leaders on AI's role in the future of work
About This Event
Transform 2027 is a future-of-work and HR technology conference held April 12-14, 2027 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. It brings HR and business leaders together to examine AI's role in shaping the future of work. The 2027 theme, "Human By Design", covers how organisations shape work as technology advances, and the organiser frames it this way: "The more powerful technology becomes, the more important human decisions are." The three-day in-person programme mixes workshops, plenary and breakout sessions, roundtables, fireside chats, product showcases and an expo called Transform EXP. Organisers report more than 350 speakers. Named 2027 speakers so far are senior people leaders from Prudential, PepsiCo, United Airlines, the IRS, Bayer, Dick's Sporting Goods, the Los Angeles Times and the Golden State Warriors. A FastPass programme sets up meetings between pre-qualified HR buyers and vendors. Transform is a separate event from the HR Technology Conference.
