About This Event

FinovateFall 2026 runs 9-11 September at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in New York, the US autumn edition of Informa Connect's Finovate series. Its format is the differentiator: more than 70 seven-minute live product demos with no slide decks, run back-to-back across four demo sessions on 9-10 September, followed by a dedicated conference day on 11 September. Around 2,000 attendees are expected alongside roughly 100 exhibitors, weighted heavily towards senior product and innovation buyers from US banks, credit unions, wealth managers and insurers, with all top-10 US banks represented. The 2026 agenda runs three stages — AI & Innovation covering agentic commerce, banking operating systems, copilots and scaling; CX & Trust covering compliance, customer-centric banking and financial crime; and Future of Money covering lending, payments and stablecoins — with more than 100 speakers.

Why Attend

For a bank or insurer CIO evaluating fintech vendors, the demo format is the whole point: 70-odd products, each given seven minutes and no slides, is a faster and more honest comparison than any analyst grid, and it all happens on a public stage rather than under NDA. The audience skews buyer-side and senior — roughly 70% at C-suite, MD, founder, SVP or department-head level — so hallway conversations are with peers running the same evaluations. Independent coverage flags that regulatory and policy content is deliberately light, which is a strength if you are shopping and a gap if you came for supervisory guidance.

Event Features

  • Demo Sessions 1-4: 70+ seven-minute live product demos across 9-10 September
  • AI & Innovation stage — agentic commerce, banking operating systems, copilots and scaling
  • CX & Trust stage — compliance, customer-centric banking and financial crime
  • Future of Money stage — lending, payments and stablecoins
  • Main Stage keynote 'The Reckoning Is Coming: Are You Buying AI, or Being Sold It?'
  • Main Stage session 'AI Agents in Financial Services: Real Results, Right Now'
  • Power panel on agentic AI in financial services, plus a stablecoins keynote
  • Women in Fintech briefing: 'Tackling Fintech's Gender Diversity Problem'
  • Conference Day on 11 September, sold separately as a one-day pass

What Makes This Unique

  • 70+ seven-minute live demos with a hard time limit and no slide decks — a public product bake-off rather than a keynote track
  • Buyer-skewed audience: roughly 2,000 attendees with about 70% at C-suite, MD, founder, SVP or department-head level, and all top-10 US banks represented
  • Three named stages in 2026 — AI & Innovation, CX & Trust and Future of Money — with agentic AI as the explicit through-line
  • Qualifying director-level-and-above buyers at financial institutions can attend free through the Leadership Program
  • Independent coverage notes the event deliberately keeps regulatory and policy content light relative to other US fintech conferences, in favour of commercial content
