Lindy is a no-code AI agent platform for business teams that want an assistant to do recurring work, such as triaging email, preparing for meetings, updating the CRM and answering calls. You describe the task in plain language and Lindy builds an agent that runs it across connected tools, billed by credits.

Lindy, founded by former Uber product executive Flo Crivello, builds AI agents that non-developers configure by describing a goal in plain language rather than wiring a step-by-step workflow. Agents act across more than 1,000 integrations, including Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, GitHub, Linear, Zendesk and hosted MCP servers, and users can delegate to them through Slack, Gmail, iMessage or SMS. The product covers email drafting and triage, meeting recording and summaries, scheduled reports, CRM updates, computer use for browser tasks, and Gaia, a voice agent for inbound and outbound calls. Agent Swarms lets one workflow fan out into many temporary agents, one per item in a list, and Lindy Build lets teams create and share custom skills. Agents can run on models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google; in June 2026 the company said it moved all production traffic to DeepSeek V4 to cut cost. Billing is by credits drawn from a shared team pool: the Team plan starts at $29.99 a month for 3,000 credits, and Enterprise adds a HIPAA BAA, SSO, SCIM and audit logs. G2 rates it 4.9/5, but independent reviews published in 2026 score it far lower on value and support, citing unpredictable credit burn and reliability bugs. It competes with Zapier Agents, Gumloop, Relevance AI and n8n in the business-user agent builder segment.

Ideal Buyer

A sales, operations or executive-support team without engineers that wants to hand off inbox, meeting and CRM chores to an agent.

Key Benefit

Agents built from a plain-language description in minutes that act across your existing SaaS tools, with no workflow diagram to maintain.

Key Features

  • ✓
    Natural-language agent builder

Describe the job in plain English and Lindy builds the agent, so business users can ship automations without a workflow canvas.

  • ✓
    1,000+ integrations and MCP

Native connectors to Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Stripe, Zendesk and more, plus hosted MCP servers and an HTTP action for gaps.

  • ✓
    Meeting recorder and email assistant

Records and summarises meetings, files notes by workspace and drafts replies, the areas reviewers rate most production-ready.

  • ✓
    Agent Swarms

Clones one workflow into many temporary agents, each handling one row of a list, which speeds up bulk research and outreach.

  • ✓
    Computer use and Gaia voice

Agents can operate a browser for apps without APIs and make or answer phone calls through the Gaia voice agent.

  • ✓
    Multi-channel delegation

Hand tasks to an agent from Slack, Gmail, iMessage or SMS, so work starts where the request already arrives.

Capabilities

✓text generation
✗image generation
✗video generation
✗code generation
✓workflow automation
✗api access
✓audio generation
✗fine tuning
✓agent orchestration

Use Cases

  • •
    Inbox triage

An agent labels, prioritises and drafts replies to incoming email each morning, leaving the owner to approve and send.

  • •
    Meeting prep and follow-up

Before each call the agent compiles attendee research; afterwards it summarises the meeting and updates the CRM record.

  • •
    Lead qualification at scale

Agent Swarms researches every company in a lead list in parallel and writes enriched records back to a spreadsheet or CRM.

  • •
    Scheduled operating reports

A recurring agent pulls figures from several SaaS tools and posts a weekly or month-end summary to Slack.
