June AI is a New York platform that uses AI agents to automate enterprise software implementation, migration and adoption across Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft, Snowflake and Databricks. It targets CIOs whose AI ambitions are blocked not by models but by the cost and duration of changing the systems and workflows already in place.

  • AI-led invoice processing
  • Support triage agents
  • Technical debt reduction

Ideal For

Best For

  • Greenfield enterprise system implementations where the discovery and configuration phase is the dominant cost
  • Data and platform migrations between enterprise suites, where mapping current-state process is the slow part
  • Mapping undocumented business processes out of Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow or Workday before a transformation programme is scoped
  • Reducing dependence on global systems integrators for implementation and change work that is largely configuration
  • Extracting buried platform configuration into platform-independent business rules to reduce vendor lock-in ahead of a re-platforming decision
  • Building an AI adoption roadmap grounded in mined process data rather than a workshop

Not Ideal For

  • Companies without a substantial existing enterprise software estate — the platform mines and changes systems you already run, so there is nothing for it to work on
  • Buyers who need published pricing, security certifications or reference customers before procurement; none of the three are public for a company that launched in August 2026
  • Risk-averse regulated organisations wanting a vendor with a multi-year production track record, since June AI was founded in 2026 and is at pre-seed stage
  • Teams that only want process mining analytics, where established platforms like Celonis have a decade of maturity and a far larger connector library

Market Analysis

Enterprise-gradeServices-displacingEarly-stage venture-backed

Pros

  • Attacks the actual bottleneck in enterprise AI adoption — changing existing systems and workflows — rather than adding another model layer on top
  • Founding team has directly relevant history: they built Bonobo AI, sold it to Salesforce in 2019, and spent five years shipping AI inside Salesforce
  • Unusually strong strategic cap table for a pre-seed, including Marc Benioff's TIME Ventures plus Michael Dell, Diane Greene, Aaron Levie and George Kurtz
  • Sandboxed changes using each platform's native tooling give a real audit trail, which matters when agents are reconfiguring systems of record
  • Business rule extraction reduces the configuration lock-in that makes enterprise re-platforming expensive

Cons

  • Zero independent validation exists: no G2, Capterra, TrustRadius or PeerSpot listing, no Hacker News or Reddit practitioner discussion, and no Product Hunt launch
  • No named customers or design partners have been disclosed in any launch coverage, so every capability claim is currently vendor-asserted
  • No published pricing and no disclosed security certifications, which is a procurement obstacle for exactly the regulated enterprises it targets
  • Founded in 2026 at pre-seed stage, so there is no production track record for software that will be reconfiguring systems of record
  • It competes simultaneously against entrenched process mining incumbents such as Celonis, valued around $13 billion, and the global systems integrators whose margins it targets
  • Allowing agents to implement changes in Salesforce, SAP or Workday concentrates a great deal of blast radius in an unproven platform

No list pricing is published anywhere and no pricing page exists on the vendor site as of August 2026; every engagement goes through sales, which is normal for a company that left stealth days ago and is selling against systems-integrator budgets rather than software seats. Because it displaces professional services rather than a SaaS subscription, buyers should expect deal shape and cost to be scoped per programme, and should press for how the platform meters — by system connected, by process mined, or by implementation project — before committing. Nothing about free tiers, trials, or minimum commitments has been disclosed.

June AI emerged from stealth on 3 August 2026 with $20 million in pre-seed funding to attack a problem most AI vendors route around: the systems integration work that sits between an enterprise's existing software estate and any new capability it wants to deploy. The platform runs in three stages. It begins with process mining, extracting how the business actually operates from the systems it operates on, and using chatbot interviews with employees to fill gaps the telemetry does not cover. It then executes migration and implementation — implementing software changes from natural language descriptions, running automated tests, and creating simulated training environments so staff can rehearse before cutover. Finally it identifies optimisation and AI opportunities in the mapped workflows and generates ROI dashboards to quantify them. Two design choices distinguish it from generic automation: changes are made in sandboxes with native platform tooling for full auditability, and buried platform configuration is converted into platform-independent business rules the customer owns, which is a direct attack on configuration lock-in. It connects to Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle and Microsoft applications as well as Snowflake and Databricks data infrastructure, and pairs the software with on-demand human specialists it calls June Experts. The founding team — CEO Efrat Rapoport, CTO Idan Tsitiat, President Barak Goldstein and Chief Architect Ohad Hen — previously built Bonobo AI, which Salesforce acquired in 2019, and spent five years there. The round was led by Marc Benioff's TIME Ventures with Michael Dell, Diane Greene, Aaron Levie, George Kurtz, SV Angel, Vesey Ventures, Conviction Embed, Abstract and A* participating.

Ideal Buyer

The CIO or head of enterprise applications carrying a multi-year Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow or Workday migration backlog and a systems-integrator bill they cannot justify again.

Key Benefit

Process mining, implementation and testing executed by agents in auditable sandboxes, compressing work normally scoped as a multi-quarter professional services engagement.

Key Features

  • Process mining from live systems

Extracts how the business actually runs from the systems it runs on, rather than from interviews or documentation

  • Agentic implementation

Implements software changes from natural language descriptions and manages end-to-end system delivery without a manual configuration team

  • Sandboxed change with native tooling

Executes and tests changes in sandboxes using each platform's own native tools, preserving a full audit trail

  • Business rule extraction

Converts buried platform configuration into platform-independent business rules the customer owns, reducing configuration lock-in

  • Simulated training environments

Generates rehearsal environments so staff can practise new workflows before cutover, addressing the adoption half of implementation

  • ROI dashboards

Quantifies the value of proposed changes so transformation spend can be justified and tracked against mined baselines

  • June Experts

On-demand accountable human specialists layered over the platform for work agents should not run unattended

Use Cases

  • Greenfield ERP or CRM implementation

Agents handle discovery, configuration and testing for a new Salesforce, SAP or Workday rollout instead of a full integrator team

  • Enterprise data migration

Map current-state process from the source system, then execute and validate the migration with automated tests in a sandbox

  • Automated employee onboarding

Wire onboarding across HR, identity and service management systems using mined process rather than hand-written runbooks

  • AI-led invoice processing

Identify the finance workflow from system telemetry and deploy an agent against it with measured before-and-after ROI

  • Support triage agents

Deploy a triage agent into an existing service desk after mining the real routing behaviour rather than the documented policy

  • Technical debt reduction

Surface configuration and integration issues impeding workflows and convert them into portable business rules
