About This Event
ACM FAccT 2027, the tenth annual ACM Conference on Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency, takes place 21-24 June 2027 in Porto, Portugal. FAccT is a computer science conference with a deliberately cross-disciplinary focus, bringing together researchers and practitioners working on fairness, accountability and transparency in socio-technical systems — algorithmic, critical, human-centered, legal, philosophical, sociological, statistical and theoretical work all appear on the same programme. The 2027 call for papers organises submissions into six areas: evaluations and evaluation practices; experiences and interactions; law and policy; normative foundations and implications; power and practice; and system development and deployment. Authors choose between archival submissions, which appear in the ACM Digital Library, and non-archival submissions, which appear only as abstracts in the proceedings. The review timeline is published in full, running from abstracts in October 2026 to final decisions in March 2027.
