Stuut
by Stuut Technologies
AI agents that run accounts receivable and order-to-cash inside your existing ERP
Stuut is an AI agent platform that automates order-to-cash work for mid-market and large enterprises, covering collections, cash application, payments, disputes, deductions and order management. It is built for CFOs and AR teams who want overdue invoices chased and payments matched in the ERP without adding collectors.
Stuut is a New York company, founded in 2024 by CEO Tarek Alaruri with co-founders including Ben Winter, that sells AI agents for the order-to-cash cycle. It started in collections and moved upstream after finding that many late payments trace back to earlier problems such as missing purchase orders or pricing mismatches. The platform now has modules for collections (outreach by email, SMS and voice, plus finding the right billing contact), cash application (matching incoming payments to invoices in the ERP), payments (click-to-pay and incoming payment processing), disputes and deductions, and order management (validating orders, pricing and terms). A credit module that scores creditworthiness and recommends terms is listed as coming soon. The agents log into customers' AP portals, keep a memory of each customer's payment habits, work inside existing approval controls and record every action for audit. Stuut connects to SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage and QuickBooks, to banks and payment rails including Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, Plaid, Stripe and Fiserv, and to Salesforce and Workday, and it claims go-live in about three days. Named customers include Honeywell (running on legacy SAP), ZoomInfo, PerkinElmer, Verifone, NCR Voyix and Bishop Lifting. On October 7, 2026 Stuut announced a $52.5M Series B led by Insight Partners with Andreessen Horowitz and Microsoft's M12, about ten months after a $29.5M Series A led by a16z in November 2025. It reports more than 150 customers and over $3B moved through the platform; those figures are company-reported. It competes with established AR suites such as HighRadius, Billtrust and Tesorio by having agents complete the work rather than queue it for a human collector.
A CFO or VP of finance at a mid-market or enterprise company with a large receivables book and a collections team that cannot keep up with overdue accounts.
Collections outreach and payment matching run in the ERP without a collector touching most accounts; Stuut reports 81.7% of outbound collections and about 95% of payment matching handled without humans (company figures, October 2026).

Key Features
- ✓Autonomous collections
Contacts customers before and after invoices fall due by email, SMS and voice, and finds the right billing contact when the one on file is wrong.
- ✓Cash application
Matches incoming payments and remittances to open invoices and posts the result back into the ERP, cutting manual matching work.
- ✓Disputes and deductions
Investigates short-pays and deductions, gathers the supporting documents and moves each case toward resolution instead of leaving it in a queue.
- ✓AP portal access
Logs into customers' accounts payable portals to submit invoices and check status, a task AR staff otherwise do by hand.
- ✓Order management
Validates incoming orders against pricing and terms and resolves missing purchase order data before it causes a late payment downstream.
- ✓Audit trail and approvals
Records every agent action and requires approval for behavior changes, so finance and audit teams can review what the agents did.
Capabilities
Use Cases
- •Reducing DSO
ZoomInfo used Stuut to collect $21.2M and cut DSO from 51 to 40 days, a result it shared with other AR initiatives.
- •Multi-branch collections
Bishop Lifting runs collections, disputes and cash application across 45 branches and reported 35% lower overdue receivables and $3M of freed working capital.
- •Legacy ERP automation
Honeywell runs Stuut on legacy SAP infrastructure and is extending it from receivables into quote-to-cash, avoiding an ERP replacement first.
- •Payment matching at volume
Finance teams receiving many remittances a day let agents match payments to invoices automatically and review only the exceptions.
Ideal For
Best For
- ✓Manufacturers and distributors with thousands of B2B invoices and recurring short-pays or deductions
- ✓Finance teams that need to lower DSO without hiring more collectors
- ✓Companies running older SAP or Oracle ERPs that cannot wait months for an AR suite rollout
- ✓AR teams that spend hours logging into customer AP portals to check invoice status
- ✓Multi-branch businesses that want one collections process across locations
Not Ideal For
- ✗Subscription or B2C businesses whose receivables are card payments handled by billing tools like Stripe Billing or Chargebee
- ✗Buyers who need a long track record and peer reviews before signing, since Stuut was founded in 2024 and has no visible G2 or Capterra presence
- ✗Teams that need published list pricing to budget, since Stuut sells only through demos
- ✗Organizations that need credit decisioning today, since the credit module is still listed as coming soon

Market Analysis
Pros
- ✓Named enterprise customers including Honeywell, ZoomInfo and PerkinElmer, with published case figures
- ✓Wide ERP and bank coverage, including legacy SAP
- ✓Backed by Insight Partners, a16z and Microsoft's M12, with $93M raised by October 2026
- ✓Covers the whole order-to-cash cycle in one product instead of collections alone
Cons
- ✗Performance figures (47% DSO reduction, 40% more cash flow) are self-reported, and ZoomInfo's DSO gain is attributed to several AR initiatives combined
- ✗Founded in 2024 with no G2, Capterra or Hacker News footprint, so there is little independent user feedback
- ✗No public pricing and no security certifications listed on the homepage; buyers need to request the trust documentation
- ✗Credit module not yet available, and sources disagree on founder names and total funding, which suggests a young company still settling its public record
Pricing
Enterprise
Contact for pricing
- ✓Collections, cash application, payments, disputes and deductions, order management modules
- ✓ERP, bank, CRM and payment integrations
- ✓Proof of concept before purchase
Stuut publishes no list prices; the site offers only a demo request and a value calculator, and sales start with a proof of concept, which the company says every enterprise that completed one converted to paid. Budget for a negotiated enterprise contract.
