HubSpot Agent Hub
by HubSpot
One console to run, build and govern every AI agent across your go-to-market — on the CRM data you already have
HubSpot Agent Hub is a central console for running, building and monitoring AI agents across marketing, sales and service, paired with Agent Builder, a no-code canvas for custom agents that run on Smart CRM data. It is aimed at revenue and operations leaders who have accumulated scattered AI agents and now need shared context and governance in one place.
HubSpot launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta on July 23, 2026, consolidating what were previously marketed as Breeze Agents and Breeze studio into a single management surface. Agent Hub shows live status and performance for every active agent, allows one-click activation of agents that have not been turned on, provides access to Agent Builder and the Agent Marketplace without leaving the console, and organizes agent outcomes by commercial goal — building demand, winning deals, keeping customers satisfied and scaling growth. Agent Builder is a no-code canvas where a user describes in natural language what an agent should do, via Breeze Assistant, and the agent is configured automatically; agents and automations share one workflow canvas with connected actions and handoffs, and can be triggered by schedules, contact record updates, webhooks or third-party integrations. The central design argument is shared context: agents run on the customer intelligence already in HubSpot's Smart CRM — deal history, contact records, call transcripts and buying signals — so there is no separate data setup or field mapping, and built-in guardrails let teams control which actions run autonomously versus requiring human approval. Prebuilt agents available through the hub include HubSpot AEO for visibility in AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Gemini, a Prospecting Agent that monitors buying signals and launches personalized outreach, a Customer Agent that resolves inquiries and qualifies leads across channels, and a Data Agent for CRM insights, alongside Smart Deal Progression for AI-suggested next steps after calls. Agent Hub and Agent Builder are included for HubSpot Professional and Enterprise customers with no separate pricing tier announced at launch; prebuilt agents are metered per outcome ($0.50 per Customer Agent resolution, $1.00 per Prospecting Agent lead, $0.10 per Data Agent answer) and custom agents consume HubSpot Credits, which are included at those tiers with more available to purchase. HubSpot cites Ignite Reading, a virtual literacy tutoring program operating in more than 25 states, which built an agent to fetch and parse school district academic calendars — work that took 15 to 20 minutes per district now completes in seconds, projected at more than 350 hours saved annually.
