ALL IN 2026
by SCALE AI and Mila
Canada's largest AI conference, co-run by SCALE AI and Mila
About This Event
ALL IN 2026 is Canada's largest artificial-intelligence conference, held 16-17 September 2026 at the Palais des congres de Montreal and streamed to a virtual audience. It is co-organised by SCALE AI, Canada's AI supercluster, and Mila, the Quebec AI institute founded by Yoshua Bengio, which gives the programme an unusual mix of frontier research and commercial deployment rather than one or the other. The 2025 edition drew roughly 6,500 attendees from more than 40 countries, and organisers expect similar scale in 2026 with over 200 speakers, 2,500 companies represented and more than 100 top Canadian AI startups showcased. Programming spans two main stages, panel debates, themed pavilions, demonstration areas, a dedicated studio for live podcasting and interviews, a career fair and startup showcases. Sessions run primarily in English with live French translation throughout.

Why Attend
This is the cheapest place on the 2026 calendar to hear frontier-model founders and the researchers who taught them in the same room: Arthur Mensch of Mistral AI, Aidan Gomez and Nick Frosst of Cohere, NVIDIA's Kari Briski, Yoshua Bengio of Mila and LawZero, Hugging Face's Sasha Luccioni and Amba Kak of the AI Now Institute are all on the bill. For a buyer that means sovereign-AI, data-residency and governance questions get answered by people with real exposure to them, and the 100-startup showcase is a working shortlist of vendors outside the usual US procurement funnel.
