LSEG agreed to buy Octus for $3.535 billion in cash, putting the covenant and private credit data its 750 customers reach through the platform, an MCP connector and AI workflows inside the owner of Workspace. The release says nothing about pricing or contract terms, so credit teams should lock in terms before the H1 2027 close.
