Microsoft Hit 20,000 Agent Makers on a Risk Rubric It Didn't Publish
Microsoft's internal agent makers grew from about 2,000 to 20,000 a month once software auto-approved green builds and declined red ones. The scoring rubric behind those colors was never published, so here is a starting version built from Copilot Studio's own data-policy levers.
