Okta signed a definitive agreement to buy Permiso Security on July 30, with TechCrunch reporting the price at just under $200 million. Okta guides to a close in its fiscal Q3, which runs to October 31 at the latest, and that gap is the last window in which an ITDR contract is still negotiable with an independent company.
