Schneider Buys PTC for $22.6B With an Openness Pledge but No Terms
Schneider Electric is paying $205 a share in cash for PTC, with close expected in Q3 2027. Its only customer-facing promise is an 'open-by-design' sentence, so Windchill and Creo buyers should get pricing and export terms in writing first.
