Zafin to Buy Naehas in Reported Nine-Figure Deal
Zafin signed a deal to buy Naehas, the offer management and disclosure automation platform used by large U.S. banks. Closing is expected in Q4 2026, which gives Naehas customers a short window to lock pricing, roadmap and data terms.
