Why Attend

For a CTO or CIO with Gulf operations or ambitions, GAIN is the single best place to read Saudi Arabia's AI policy direction, sovereign-AI infrastructure plans and procurement priorities directly from the authority that sets them. It is also one of the few venues where enterprise AI leaders, national regulators and global technology CEOs negotiate AI governance in the same room.

Event Features

  • Keynotes from government leaders and technology CEOs
  • Policy sessions on trustworthy and ethical AI
  • Ministerial and public-sector roundtables
  • Research and innovation showcases
  • Announcements of national AI initiatives and international agreements

What Makes This Unique

  • Held under the patronage of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, giving it head-of-state-level convening power
  • Organized by SDAIA, the national authority that sets Saudi Arabia's data and AI policy
  • Fourth edition, following the 2020, 2022 and 2024 summits in Riyadh
  • Previous editions produced the International Center for AI Research and Ethics (ICAIRE), a UNESCO-affiliated research center based in Riyadh

  • Runs alongside the fourth Global Forum on the Ethics of AI, co-hosted by SDAIA with UNESCO and ICAIRE in Riyadh
