Observability as a first-class requirement. Agents that can act on real data need telemetry equal to or better than a human-operated workflow. Every tool call, every data access, every reasoning step should be logged and queryable. Build observability into the agent platform before the first production task runs — retrofitting it later is enormously expensive.
